- 1 1/4 cups firm silken tofu
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 2 teaspoons vanilla
- In a blender, blend all ingredients until well blended and smooth. Cover and chill at least 2 hours. Serve with a variety of fresh fruits.
