Ingredients 1 lb. soft tofu, drained or 12 oz. silken tofu
¼ cup olive oil
3 tablespoons seasoned rice vinegar
½ cup fresh basil leaves1 minced clove garlic
Instructions Blend all ingredients in a food processor or blender until smooth.
Taste and adjust seasonings, if necessary.
Use as a spread for French bread or as a vegetable dip.
