Ingredients 1 c. flour
1/2 c. soy flour
1 t. sugar
1/2 t. salt
1/3 c. Crisco
4 oz. firm tofu
4 oz. cream cheese
1/2 c. sugar
1 t. vanilla
1 small egg
Instructions Combine flours, 1 t. sugar, salt and Crisco.Mix well and form into tartlet shells.Bake 10 min. Mix together well tofu, cream cheese, remaining sugar, vanilla and egg.Spoon into shells.Bake at 350 degrees for 25 min. Cool.Spoon Black Raspberry Pepper Jam over top of tartlets and serve cold.
