Silken Shake

Ingredients 1 package (12 oz) firm silken tofu

2 cups fresh or frozen strawberries

2 cups cranberry juice

½ tsp. vanilla1 tablespoon sugar


Instructions Combine all ingredients until smooth in a blender.

Serve cold.


Notes Any of your favorite fruits, fresh or frozen, can be substituted for the strawberries.
