The protein powder has a slight grainy texture that is masked by the smoothness of the banana.
Ingredients ½ ripe mango, chopped
1 small banana, chopped
2 tablespoons vanilla soy protein powder
½ cup fat-free plain yogurt
1 cup orange juice
Instructions Add all ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth.
Pour into glasses and serve.
