Ingredients 2 cups frozen raspberries
1- 8 ounce, small carton plain soy yogurt
3 Tablespoons soft silken tofu
¾ cup vanilla soy milk
¼ teaspoon almond extract
1 Tablespoon sugar
1 cup chocolate brownie chunks*
Fresh mint leaves for garnish
Instructions In a blender, add all ingredients except chocolate chips, process until smooth.
Stir in brownie chunks.
Pour into servings glasses.
Garnish with fresh mint.
Serve immediately.
