Serves 6
Ingredients 1 cup cashews
2 tablespoons tamari sauce
1 tablespoon lime juice
1 to 2 garlic cloves
1/4 to 1/2 cup water
Instructions Add cashews, tamari sauce, lemon juice, and garlic to the blender. Use about 1/4 cup of water and blend. Add more water as necessary. You want a thick but easy-to-pour consistency.
To Serve drizzle cashew sauce over cooked pancakes. Garnish with chives.
