Caramel Dip

This dip is perfect as a snack or when you have kids over for a party.


Ingredients 6 oz. firm silken tofu

¼ teaspoon salt1

½ teaspoons lemon juice

1 cup brown sugar


Instructions Mix all ingredients in a blender until smooth.

Refrigerate.

Serve with fresh fruit.
