A Soy Version of Bailey’s Irish Cream

This is just for fun!

Ingredients 1 can sweetened condensed milk

1 cup dairy half and half milk

1 cup soymilk *

1 tablespoon Hershey’s syrup1 teaspoon.

vanilla extract

¾ cup Irish Whiskey

⅓ cup rum


Instructions Pour all ingredients into a blender and blend well.

Store in refrigerator.


Notes Yield: 4 servings

*Either plain or vanilla soymilk will work depending on the sweetness level you desire.
