We both grew a lot through this internship. Our recipe writing and development skills are much more refined and we are both much more fluent in soy. What a joy it has been to get to work with The Soyfoods Council, we are incredibly thankful for this internship. What we have learned will definitely positively impact our future in the food industry. Our eyes have been opened to the possibilities of soy products and we are using soy more often in our home cooking.
