Monday: We continued to format the recipe book and brainstormed ideas on other tips and things to include in the recipe book. We did some nutritional analysis of the recipes, comparing using meat or meat and TSP in recipes.
Tuesday: We developed a plan for next year’s interns, giving them tips on how to succeed as well as a calendar and outline of what needs to be done.
Wednesday: We printed our recipes and evaluations for the taste panel next Monday and made sure our recipes were clear and formatted well.
Thursday: We started making plans for the taste panel on Monday, how to organize our time and present the recipes.
Friday: In the morning we went to the grocery store and bought the ingredients we need to complete our recipes for the taste panel. We set up the conference room and organized our recipes according to the plan of presentation for the taste panel.
