I was paging through magazines last night and found this beauty bark from Good Housekeeping magazine-They say – Delivers skin-protecting flavonoids in the chocolate and edamame as well as sleep-inducing dried tart cherries. Sounds like a great beauty tip
- Line a 9 in, square pan with foil. Place 6 oz dark chocolate in a med microwave –safe bowl; microwave on high 1 ½ to 2 min until almost melted, stirring every 30 sec.
- Spread chocolate in pan. Sprinkle with 2/3 cup roasted edamame and 1/4c dried red cherries. Chill 15 min.
Serves 12; 125 calories per serving
Additional suggestions- use soynuts instead of edamame, or use chocolate covered edamame from Trader Joes! These are my suggestions ENJOY!
